  •   ① Wash with cold water. Kerosene, gasoline and diesel are used as cleaning agents. Put the various parts of the Corn Sheller into the oil basin with a strainer, and clean it with a wire brush. The oil penetrates the bottom of the basin through the strainer. The cleaned parts can be dried in the air. But it should be noted that if the oil on the friction plate is cleaned, a small amount of gasoline should be used for cleaning. Oil-resistant rubber parts and leather parts should not use oil cleaners. In order to save oil and achieve a better cleaning effect, clean the small and smooth parts first, and then clean the large parts with serious oil pollution. Oil can also be divided into several oil basins, including one wash, two wash and fine wash. The cleaned oil can be used for first cleaning or used after precipitation to achieve the purpose of fuel saving.

      ② Hot wash. After heating, wash with alkali and emulsifier solution. Since engine oil and gear oil are insoluble in alkali solutions and can only form emulsions, emulsifiers (sodium silicate, soap, etc.) should be added to alkali solutions. However, the influence of emulsifiers on oil film separation is weakened. The solution is heated to 70°C to 80°C, and the parts of the onion transplanter are immersed in the solution. After cleaning, it should be rinsed with water at 60-80°C and then dried. The commonly used solution formula for degreasing steel castings is caustic soda 0.75%, sodium carbonate 5%, trisodium phosphate 1%, soap 0.15%, and the rest is water. However, caustic soda solution should not be used to clean aluminum parts, but sodium carbonate solution should be used.

      ③ Clean with metal cleaner. In recent years, metal cleaning agents have been widely used. It can replace diesel, kerosene and gasoline to clean parts, and it is cheap and can be used. It can clean metal to avoid rust. Metal cleaning agents are divided into acid, alkali, neutral, and solvent types, and the methods of using each part are the same. For example, acid metal cleaning agents are generally used for mechanical degreasing of stainless steel surface treatment, and the degreasing effect is better at room temperature. However, alkali metal cleaning agents require high-temperature cleaning, and the cleaning effect at room temperature is not good. In the process of using metal cleaning agent, pay attention to the type and nature of the dirt on the parts, master the concentration and temperature of the cleaning agent, and clean the parts in strict accordance with the requirements of the Vegetable Planter instructions.
